What Scormy One actually does
Most tools answer questions and forget them. Scormy One turns your documents into verified knowledge — and builds real training from it, with every line traceable to the page it came from.
Below is the full walk-through: how a document goes from a file you drop in, to verified facts, to a published course you can ship. Four capabilities do the work — plus the delivery layer that gets it to your learners.

A single provenance thread runs the length of the pipeline — the published course at the end stays connected to the exact source page at the start.
Drop in any document. Get back structure you can trust.
Promise: Upload a messy PDF, handbook, or manual and Scormy One reads it the way a person would — headings, tables, figures, and reading order intact.
Real structure, not a wall of text. Every document comes back as an ordered outline — headings, paragraphs, tables, and figures — so you and the system both know where each fact lives.
Figures and charts, explained. Images are pulled out and auto-summarized, so a diagram buried on page 40 becomes searchable, usable content instead of dead weight.
Page-and-region precision. Every piece of content keeps its exact location — the page and the spot on the page — which is what makes provenance possible later.
A safe place for your library. Archive what you don't need, restore within 30 days if you change your mind, and upload large files without worrying about size or a dropped connection. Each knowledge base is single-language — pick from English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese — so the content stays clean and consistent.
How you'd use it: Drop your 200-page operations manual in. Minutes later you're looking at a clean outline with every table and figure captioned — ready to turn into training, with nothing lost in translation.

Not supported by source — dropped.
The difference between a summary and the truth.
Promise: Scormy One extracts the verifiable facts from each document once, checks them against the source, and reuses them in everything you build.
This is the part no chatbot has. Anyone can summarize a document — and a summary is exactly where errors creep in, because nobody can tell what was real and what the model improvised. Scormy One does something different: it breaks each document down into Truths— atomic, source-checked claims. Each Truth is a single statement that's been verified against the exact words it came from. If a candidate fact can't be supported by the source, it's dropped. The system fails closed: when it isn't sure, it leaves the claim out rather than letting an unverified statement through.
Extracted once, reused everywhere. Truths are derived per document and then power every training you generate from it — so the verification work happens once, and every course inherits it.
Durable, structured knowledge — not a one-off answer. A chatbot's answer disappears the moment the chat closes. Truths are a lasting knowledge layer your whole library is built on, and every training is built from.
Quality that fails closed. Unsupported or contradicted claims don't make the cut. You're never one step away from a confident, wrong statement in your training.
The foundation for faithful generation. Because the knowledge is verified before anything is written, the courses built on top of it are faithful by construction — generated only from validated Truths and verbatim source, with invented or contradicted facts rejected. Accuracy isn't a cleanup step at the end; it's the starting material.
How you'd use it: In a regulated or accuracy-sensitive setting, you need every claim in a course to be defensible. The Truth layer means that when someone asks “where did this come from?”, the answer is always a specific, verified line in a specific document — not “the AI said so.”
Provenance to the pixel.
Every Truth — and every claim in every course built from it — links back to the exact page and region it came from. “Show me the source” isn't a feature you go looking for; it's how the whole system is wired.
Author a whole course in a conversation.
Promise: Build a complete training — outline, scripts, and quizzes — by talking to the Studio, with everything grounded in your verified knowledge.
The Studio is where documents become a course. You describe what you want and it drafts the outline, writes the scripts, and builds the quizzes — chapter by chapter or all at once. Every line it writes is grounded in your Truths and source, and you stay in control the whole way.
From outline to publish, in one place. Draft the structure, generate the narrative scripts, add quizzes, and publish — without leaving the conversation or stitching tools together.
Direct, instant control. Drag to reorder. Undo and redo. Edits save the moment you make them. It feels like a document you're editing, not a job you're submitting and waiting on.
Quizzes grounded in the script. Quiz questions are generated from the actual training script, and every answer key has to be word-for-word supported by the source. No question exists without a verified answer behind it.
Versioned publishing and fork-to-edit. Publishing locks a clean version. Want to revise a published course? Fork it open into a fresh draft, make your changes, and re-publish — the new version is added to the same training, with history intact.
How you'd use it: Tell the Studio “build a course from these three SOPs for new hires.” Watch the outline appear, refine a chapter, generate the scripts, let it write a quiz per chapter, and publish — all in one sitting, all traceable.

Documents
Building your course…
Chapter 4 of 5 · built in source language
Drop your documents. Walk away. Come back to a full draft.
Promise: Hand Scormy One your documents and a few choices, and it generates a complete course draft in the background — in the document's own language — with no further input from you.
Not every course needs to be hand-authored. With AutoBuild, you drop in your documents, set a title, pick the audience, the length, and the output format — video, audio, or text — and choose whether you want quizzes. Then you're done. Scormy One runs the entire pipeline on its own — reading the documents, building the outline, writing every script, and generating the quizzes — and hands you a finished draft to review and publish.
Genuinely hands-off. You set a handful of options and leave. The full course is generated in the background while you do something else.
Built in the source language, automatically. AutoBuild detects the language of your documents — English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese — and writes the course in it, with no separate translation step.
The same verified foundation. AutoBuild isn't a shortcut around quality. It's built on the exact same Truth layer and grounding as hand-authoring — faithfulness checks on the scripts, strict source checks on quiz answers — just without the manual steps.
A draft, not a black box. What you get back is an editable draft in the Studio. Review it, adjust anything, fork or refine, and publish when it's ready. You're always the final approver.
How you'd use it: A new product manual lands. You drop it into AutoBuild before lunch with “new-hire onboarding, medium length, include quizzes.” After lunch there's a complete, source-grounded draft waiting — you review, tweak the intro, and publish.
Publish once. Deliver it the way each audience needs.
Promise: Get your finished training out as structured JSON your systems can consume — shaped for a video, audio, or text course — or as a link you can hand to a learner or a stakeholder.
A published course isn't trapped inside Scormy One. You can pull it out as a clean, versioned data export for your own tools and grading, or share it directly with a link — and you control exactly how much each recipient sees.
A clean, versioned export. Pull any published training as structured JSON through the API — the full course, including the quiz answer key, ready for server-side grading or your own delivery system.
Share links for two audiences. Generate a learner-safe public link that hides answer keys, or a private link that includes the full detail. Same course, two doors, your choice of who walks through which.
Versions stay addressable. Publishing creates clean versions, and links can point at the exact version you mean — so what you shared yesterday is still exactly what they see today.
Build it in by API. Generate a training straight from documents through the public API, and pull the structured export back out — useful when training generation is part of a larger product or workflow you're running.
How you'd use it: Publish a compliance course, send the learner-safe link to your team, and feed the full JSON export — answer key included — into your LMS or grading system through the API.

Scormy One delivers training as structured JSON and shareable links— not SCORM or xAPI packages, and not rendered video or audio files. The JSON is shaped for a video, audio, or text course; you produce any finished media from it in your own tools.
